ACCEA's Luggage storage service offers an ideal solution for customers who need temporary storage for their luggage during travel or business trips. Our reception hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on weekdays and from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM on weekends. We can store your luggage for up to 3 days.

    Please check in at the counter of the print shop.

    * If you haven't registered for the BizSPOT app yet, please download the app and register your credit card. Only members can use the BizSPOT app.

    STEP2 Sign the Confirmation Form

    After confirming your luggage, please sign the confirmation form.

  • STEP3
    STEP3 Payment with BizSPOT

    Use the BizSPOT app to scan the QR code at the store and make your payment.

  • STEP4
    STEP4 Drop Off / Pick Up Your Luggage

    Attach the cloak tag to your Luggage and hand the other tag to the customer.
    To pick up your Luggage, please present the cloak tag at the print shop counter. We will return your Luggage to you.

* Per item, per day.
* A day is considered within business hours. Storage spanning beyond business hours counts as an additional day.
* A daily fee will be added if the luggage is kept past 12:00 PM.

(1) The following items cannot be stored. Please ensure none of the items you are storing include the following:
- Valuables
- Hazardous materials
- Live animals
- Items emitting foul odors
- Items that are perishable, likely to degrade, or easily damaged
- Improperly packaged items
- Items that violate laws or public morals
- Items that require special handling during storage

(2) We may inspect the contents of any item for safety reasons or other concerns.

(3) We are not responsible for any damage, loss, theft, or other harm to your items, whether direct or indirect, resulting from the use of our luggage storage service.

(4) If the storage period exceeds 7 days, you agree that we may dispose of or discard the items freely and relinquish any claim to ownership. You also agree that we may dispose of or discard the items without reviewing their contents.

    Please enter your phone number, email address, and password.

  • STEP3
    STEP3 SMS Authentication

    An authorization code will be sent to your registered phone number.
    Please enter the authorization code.

    STEP4 Authentication check complete

    You can view all screens!

    STEP5 Credit Card Registration

    Please tap "Register Credit Card" in the "Check-in" screen.

    STEP6 Enter credit card information

    Please enter the required information and tap "Register Credit Card".

    STEP7 Registration Complete > Start Using BizSPOT Pay

    Your credit card registration is complete. You can make payments with BizSPOT Pay by clicking the 'Shopping' button on the check-in screen.

    Tap "Scan Product QR code".

    Scan the QR code of the product you wish to purchase.

    The item has been added to your cart. Enter the quantity and tap "Pay with BizSPOT Pay".

    The "Use Point" button is displayed on the shopping cart screen. Tap the "Use Point" button.

    On the point use screen, set the number of points and tap "Confirm".
