How to Use Our Coworking Space

Credit Card RegistrationPlease download the application BizSPOT, register your credit card information, and prepare the "Check-in" screen.

STEP2 "Scan the QR code with the app to unlock the door and check-in. "Select the "check-in" function in the app. Tap the check-in button to scan the QR code, and select your plan. Please enter the store when the entrance door is unlocked.

STEP3 UsagePlease feel free to use any available seat. You can also change seats during your usage.

STEP4 Scan the QR code with the app to check out and unlock the doorSelect the "Check-in" function on the app. Tap the "Checkout" button to scan the QR code, and complete your payment when your bill is displayed. Please exit the store when the entrance door is unlocked.

STEP1 Temporary Exit: Tap the Temporary Enter/Exit buttonIf you need to temporarily exit during your check-in, please tap the "Temporary Entry/Exit" button on the check-out and temporary entry/exit screen.

STEP2 Scan the temporary entry/exit QR code.Scan the temporary entry/exit QR code and please exit the store when the entrance door is unlocked. *Please note that usage fees continue to apply even during temporary exits.

Store Pick-upHow to Claim & Use QR Coupons
When picking up your product, please follow the steps below to get a coupon and use it at ACCEA CAFÉ.

STEP1 Talk to Staff / POP PresentationWhen receiving your product at the counter, please tell the staff that you would like to use the print benefit café coupon. The staff will show you the "ACCEA CAFÉ TRIAL CAMPAIGN QR CARD POP".

STEP2 Launch the BizSPOT AppLaunch the BizSPOT app and tap the "Coupon" icon on the check-in screen.

STEP3 Tap the "Get Coupon" ButtonOn the coupon screen, tap the "Get Coupon (Scan QR Code)" button.

STEP4 Scan the QR CodeThe camera will launch. Scan the QR code on the benefit POP to obtain the coupon.

STEP5 Check In at ACCEA CAFÉAfter getting the coupon, scan the check-in QR code at the store as usual to check in at ACCEA CAFÉ.

STEP6 Apply the CouponOn the check-in screen, tap the "Use Coupon" button, select the "ACCEA CAFÉ Free Coupon" you obtained, and tap "Use." Please confirm that the coupon is displayed at the top of the screen.

STEP7 Checkout (Leaving the Store)When leaving the store, please tap Checkout. Payment will be automatically processed at the price with the coupon discount applied.
