Exploring the Types of Seats in Our Coworking Space

Telework Booth (Private Room)
Private rooms with power supply are available for remote work and telework, ideal for online conferencing, online interviews, online seminars, etc. You can have online conversations without worrying about your surroundings.
Meeting Booth (Private Room)
These private booths can be used by two people for online meeting, interviews, meetings, etc., when you are concerned about your surroundings. You can have business negotiations, meetings, and online conversations without worrying about your surroundings.
High-Back Sofa Seats
It is a single-seater sofa with a partition. It gives you a sense of privacy and allows you to concentrate on your work. It can be used not only for work but also for reading or taking a break. Power supply is available.

Table Seats
Simple table seating can be used for various purposes such as working, studying, etc. It is suitable not only for individual use but also for group work. A power supply is available for the number of seats.
Sofa Seats
It is a sofa seat where you can relax comfortably. It is ideal for business meetings with customers or in-house meetings. Power is available, so meetings can be held while working on a PC.

How to Use Our Coworking Space

STEP1 App Download,
Credit Card Registration

Please download the application BizSPOT, register your credit card information, and prepare the "Check-in" screen.
STEP2 "Scan the QR code with the app to unlock the door and check-in. "

Select the "check-in" function in the app. Tap the check-in button to scan the QR code, and select your plan. Please enter the store when the entrance door is unlocked.
STEP3 Usage

Please feel free to use any available seat. You can also change seats during your usage.
STEP4 Scan the QR code with the app to check out and unlock the door

Select the "Check-in" function on the app. Tap the "Checkout" button to scan the QR code, and complete your payment when your bill is displayed. Please exit the store when the entrance door is unlocked.

Temporary entry/exit during check-in

STEP1 Temporary Exit: Tap the Temporary Enter/Exit button

If you need to temporarily exit during your check-in, please tap the "Temporary Entry/Exit" button on the check-out and temporary entry/exit screen.
STEP2 Scan the temporary entry/exit QR code.

Scan the temporary entry/exit QR code and please exit the store when the entrance door is unlocked. *Please note that usage fees continue to apply even during temporary exits.
STEP3 Re-entry: Tap the temporary entry/exit button.

To re-enter the room, please tap the "Enter/Exit" button on the check-out and temporary entry/exit screens.
STEP4 Scan the temporary entry/exit QR code.

Scan the temporary entry/exit QR code and please re-enter when the entrance door is unlocked.
